Live Lobster
Each lobster is examined and individually graded using state- of-the-art Pro-line grading equipment. They are held and purged in lanes through which aerated seawater is pumped directly from the ocean.
Shortly before export, inspection is carried out again by our experienced staff. Our specialised packing in polystyrene boxes with pinewood shavings and ice packs, ensures optimum health of our lobsters during the journey to their destination.

Raw Whole Lobster
After being held in our sea water live lanes and purged for a minimum of 3 days, high grade lobsters suitable for freezing whole and raw are selected for processing and packing.
Available as: Frozen or Chilled.
Sold as standard 10Kg cartons or according to client’s requirements.

Steamed Whole Lobster
Our Continuous steaming process seals in the delicious flavour and retains nutritious protein, guaranteeing the finest quality product.
All stages of the preparation are specifically managed to deliver premium tasting lobster.

Splits
Consistent size, portion control, minimum preparation and no wastage, makes the Lobster Split an ideal choice for restaurateurs, caterers and consumers.
Each lobster is ‘split’ into two precise halves using a custom designed and manufactured, state-of-the-art splitting machine.
Each portion is wrapped and individually quick frozen (IQF) in our electronically controlled blast freezer and packed into appropriate cartons for ease of handling and stock control.

Tails
Ideal for restaurants, caterers and the food service industry where ease of preparation and minimum handling are essential requirements.
The exquisite white meat of the lobster tail is easily accessed with minimum effort. When thawed, the perfect texture and delicious taste ensures an outstanding dining experience with that ‘just-caught’ freshness.
