We’ll take you out from the scenic shores of Cervantes, cruising through the A-class Marine Park and into the deep blue Indian Ocean, where the ultimate catch awaits – the Western Rock Lobster. Watch the skipper pull in the pots and search for that perfect catch.
But don’t worry, it’s not all work! As we cruise around the beautiful Cervantes Islands, you might spot some Australian Sea Lions hanging out on the rocks or swimming nearby – they are one of the world’s rarest seals, and this is their playground.
When you return to shore, the experience truly begins. Prepare for a lobster extravaganza unlike anything else in Australia.
Guests are welcomed into a private, newly built dining space, where a dedicated private chef will take charge of your freshly caught lobster. In an open kitchen, chef led live cooking format, your lobster is prepared right in front of you, allowing you to watch, learn, and indulge as the chef shares expert tips, techniques, and secrets of cooking lobster like a professional.

Subject to seasonal availability, there may even be an opportunity to sample fresh raw lobster sashimi, offering a rare taste of lobster in its purest form.
